arrived fast no problems with delivery. the unit is nice well made and works smoothly. the app works well keeps me informed of usage it doesn’t allow for cat profiles to be created unfortunately. but that’s not a big issue. my cats started using it almost straight away the bag style waste disposal is better then I thought. I like this better then the open top bin style. I get no smell from it at all as it’s sealed around the opening. and it’s easy to change I set my machine to 7 minute wait time before cleaning and it’s been great. no mess inside the machine the 7 mins is perfect to allow the clumping cat litter time to set. my 2 cats are happily sharing this and it’s doing its job effortlessly wonderful 😊😊

honestly i Love this! I have a few cats and litterboxes are problematic and i always wanted to buy one but didnt. i see this and said well why not if it works fine has n app imma risk it. It came super fast -super easy to set up -purr litter in is a bit li la it goes thru the entrance where the cats go in but managable, i have it now for a few weeks and i can only say the best purchase i made in the pet department -in the past 10 years. it cleans itself its easy to empty the bags easy to exchange my cats are not afraid of it its super amazing!

Amazing product! It’s been delivered in just 2 or 3 days. We had some issues with our little boy, he was keeping urinating on our couch, we run many test and he is perfectly alright, after getting a new couch, keep cleaning daily his traditional toilet, he still had this issue so we wanted to try this automatic litter box that basically saved us money, couch and many hours on clean both. He really loves it and got used to it from the very first moment. We have already for couple of days and he literally stop to urinate on the couch from day one. I will recommend for whom is having the same problem with healthy cat but that wants have immediate clean toilet! i would love to rate way more, fabulous item!
